It has just come to my attention that their customer service reps do not understand the difference between 2 thousandths of a DOLLAR and 2 thousandths of a CENT.

Also, Randall Munroe (of xkcd) is awesome.

    I remember that. That was brilliant.

    I emailed the guy and suggest he paid them using those little tokens on the sides of cereal packets that say “actual cash value 0.001p”.
