Rep. Davis apologizes
Thursday, April 10th, 2008Via Friendly Atheist, Rep. Davis has apologized to Rob Sherman for her screed directed at him last week. She was having a bad day because she had just heard about another school shooting and took her anger and frustration out on him and, by extension, all of us.
Lameness of the apology aside, Sherman accepted it, and at least she’s sorry now. And just in case I haven’t belabored the point enough, we got our apology without violent protests and death threats. Just a few thousand fingers clickety-clacking on their keyboards. See, Muslims?
