See, kids, THIS is why friends don’t let friends use AOL. As if it wasn’t bad enough that AOL sucks, they suck so hard that they won’t let you go. They have “retention agents” working for them whose only purpose in life is to prevent you from leaving, by any means necessary.

Hell, they’ve even gone so far as to prevent the newly-bereaved from cancelling their deceased (that’s dead, for any AOL employees who are reading this) relative’s service. Who the fuck do these clowns think they are, Diablo?
